How to RSVP

  1. Open any event on your calendar
  2. Tap Going, Maybe, or Not Going
  3. Your response is visible to the coach immediately

RSVP Per Player

If you have multiple children on different teams, you RSVP separately for each player. Each event is tied to a specific player, so your RSVP only applies to that child.

Changing Your RSVP

You can update your RSVP at any time before the event starts. Just tap the event again and choose a different response.

Who Sees RSVPs?

  • Coaches see an attendance summary for all players on the team — who’s going, who’s not, and who hasn’t responded yet
  • Parents see their own RSVP status
  • Other parents do not see your RSVP

RSVP Reminders

If you haven’t responded to an upcoming event, HuddleUp will send you a push notification reminder so your coach isn’t left guessing. You can manage reminder settings in Notifications.
