HuddleUp’s registration system lets families sign up and pay for your programs directly in the app.

How Registration Works

  1. You create a registration for your organization
  2. Families browse available programs in the app
  3. They register their players and pay online
  4. You see registrations in your dashboard

Setting Up Registration

From your organization dashboard:
  1. Tap Registration
  2. Create a new registration period
  3. Set the details:
    • Program name and sport
    • Season dates
    • Registration fee
    • Any additional information families need

Viewing Registrations

All registrations appear in your organization dashboard. You can see:
  • Who has registered
  • Payment status
  • Player details

Tips

  • Share your registration link on social media and in emails to drive sign-ups
  • Set registration deadlines to create urgency
