- Open the HuddleUp app (iOS · Android)
- Choose your sign-up method:
- Continue with Google — Sign in with your Google account
- Continue with Apple — Sign in with your Apple ID
- Continue with Email — Enter your email address and create an account
- That’s it — you’re in
Signing in with Google or Apple means no passwords to remember — plus you can easily sync your HuddleUp calendar with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. Make sure to use the same sign-in method each time, as signing in with a different method will create a new account.
Join or Create an Organization
After signing up, you’ll see two options:Have a Code?
Your league or club gave you a code to join. Enter it and you’ll be connected to your organization right away.
Create New Org
You’re starting a new league, club, or rec program. Set up your organization and invite families to join.
Joining with a Code
Your code determines your role in the organization:| Code | Role | What You Can Do |

JOIN-XXXX | Parent | View schedules, RSVP, chat with your team |
COCH-XXXX | Coach | Everything parents can do, plus manage teams, events, and rosters |
ADMN-XXXX | Admin | Full access to manage the organization, leagues, teams, and settings |
