Sign Up

  1. Open the HuddleUp app (iOS · Android)
  2. Choose your sign-up method:
    • Continue with Google — Sign in with your Google account
    • Continue with Apple — Sign in with your Apple ID
    • Continue with Email — Enter your email address and create an account
  3. That’s it — you’re in
Signing in with Google or Apple means no passwords to remember — plus you can easily sync your HuddleUp calendar with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. Make sure to use the same sign-in method each time, as signing in with a different method will create a new account.

Join or Create an Organization

After signing up, you’ll see two options:

Have a Code?

Your league or club gave you a code to join. Enter it and you’ll be connected to your organization right away.

Create New Org

You’re starting a new league, club, or rec program. Set up your organization and invite families to join.

Joining with a Code

Your code determines your role in the organization:

After joining with a parent code, you’ll be prompted to add your players and assign them to leagues. Coach and admin codes take you straight to the main app.
