Code Types
HuddleUp uses two types of invite codes, each granting different permissions:| Code Format | Role | What They Can Do |

JOIN-XXXX | Parent | View schedules, RSVP, and get updates |
ADMN-XXXX | Admin | Full access to manage the organization, leagues, teams, and settings |
Most families should receive a
JOIN code. Only share ADMN codes with trusted organizers.Generating an Invite Code
- Go to Settings
- Under More Actions, find your organization
- Tap your organization to expand it
- In the Invite Codes section, tap Generate Parent Code or Generate Admin Code
How to Share Codes
You can share invite codes directly from the app using the Share button on each code card, or copy the code and send it yourself:- Text message — Quick and easy for individual families
- Email — Include in welcome emails or registration confirmations

From within Settings, each code card lets you:- Copy the code to your clipboard
- Share the code with a pre-formatted message and app download link
- Refresh a code to generate a new one (the old code stops working immediately)
- Deactivate a code when you want to stop new joins
When to Refresh or Deactivate
- Refresh a code when you want a fresh one for a new season
- Deactivate a code when registration closes
- To start accepting new members again, just generate a new code
